BBHC is Big Boy Arena's premier youth hockey club consisted of House (Tier III) & Travel (Tier II) teams spanning all age groups.
Whether you are looking to start your own team or join the Big Boy Hockey family as a player, Big Boy Hockey Club Franchise Applications and Spring Tryouts for the 2024-2025 hockey season can be found below!
Big boy hockey league (BBHL)
BBHL provides a place for Mite and Mini-Mite teams to have an opportunity to play other teams, from around the state, within their own age group, in a fun and encouraging atmosphere!

4 Jamborees and 1 Championship Weekend (2 Jamboree minimum)

3-4 half-ice games per jamboree, all played out of Big Boy Arena
Participating locations are ready to sponsor your team and cover the cost of two league jamborees as well as the BBHL Championships, a total of $300 donated to your team.

Adult hockey
Calling all Adult Players! Big Boy Arena has partnered with Michigan Sports Enterprises (MSE), the state's largest adult hockey program, to provide male and female players, 18 and older, with year-round competitive play.

Big Boy Arena is home to the Fraser Roller Hockey League, a brand new inline hockey program designed for players of all ages and skill levels! FRHL sports a brand new Inline Hockey surface, which doubles as both a high end playing surface as well as a great off ice training surface.

Junior Hockey
The Motor City Hockey Club has rebranded to the Motor City Gamblers for the upcoming season. The Gamblers will compete in the Mid West East division of the United States Premier Hockey League for the 2022-2023 hockey season and are proud to now call Big Boy Arena their home!
College Hockey
Big Boy Arena is the proud home of the Rochester University Warriors. Rochester University competes in the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC).

The Motor City Rockers are officially the newest members of the Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL) and will begin their inaugural season this fall at 3,400-seat-capacity Big Boy Arena located at 34400 Utica Road in Fraser, MI.
